Join the EDGE 2019 Step Challenge at the
Supply Chain Conference in Anaheim, CA
September 15 - 18, 2019!
Participate in some friendly competition amongst your peers as you
work your way up the Leaderboard.
The Challenge will start on Sunday, September 15 at 4:30 p.m. PT and ends on Wednesday, September 18 at 11:30 a.m. PT. Participants can track their steps using their own personal Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, or the built-in step trackers integrated on supported iOS and Android smart devices via Apple Health and Google Fit. (i)
SCAN-IN TO EARN BONUS STEPS (Mon. 9/16 - Tues. 9/17)

To help reach your Challenge goals, scan the QR code using the Challenge App and receive 1,000 bonus steps at the following locations: (ii)

Yoga in Orange County Ballroom 1 (at the Anaheim Marriott Hotel), 9/16 & 9/17 at 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.

Meditation in room 206B (at the Anaheim Convention Center), 9/16 & 9/17 at 1:00 - 1:30 p.m.
To join please:
1) Download the 'Heka Walk' App:
2) Complete the in-app registration and pairing process

Launch the Heka Walk App and select 'EDGE 2019 Step Challenge' from the list of Walking Challenges

Complete the in-app registration process

Pair your activity tracker (Heka Walk integrates activity data from Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, your own iOS or Android smart device via Apple Health and Google Fit, and custom-branded Heka Health trackers)

Please refer to the Challenge FAQ Webpage for further instructions on pairing your device
3) Start Walking!

To sync your step data to the app, select 'Tap to sync steps' at the top of the dashboard

Please SYNC YOUR STEP DATA AT LEAST ONE TIME PER DAY as some data sources will not provide step data that is over 24 hours old

Note that your steps will only count from the time you first pair your step tracker

Click the menu button on the top right corner of the app dashboard to see additional functionality including an in-app leaderboard
(i) The Walking Challenge app requires iOS 9.0 and above on the following devices: iPhone 4S and above, iPad Air, Mini, and 3rd & 4th generation iPads. Android requirements: Android 5.0 and above that have not been customized by the phone-tablet manufacturer.
(ii) To scan QR codes:

Open the 'Heka Walk' App

Press the Scan-In button located on the Walking Challenge dashboard in the app. Note that you will need to allow the app access to your device's camera

Align the app viewer with the QR Code and the code will automatically be detected and confirmed\
