How to manually log wellness activities in the app

Log Wellness Activity

  1. Open the Challenge app and press the Bonus Activities selector (Image #1) on  the dashboard.

  2. Tap Activity Log (Image #2)

  3. Select Activity and Set Duration (Image #3)

  • Choose a fitness activity from the scrolling menu on the left

  • Set hours and minutes duration using the two scrolling menus on the right.

  • Note the Equivalent steps/points

  • Press Submit to upload your activity, time, and steps/points equivalent


  • You will receive a confirmation message, click OK and you will be directed back to the dashboard in the app.

  • The steps/points will be added to your daily count on the Summary tab and Total Steps/Points on the Leaderboard tab (after a short delay).
