Sign up below for the Wellness Challenge and help raise funds for The ADHA Institute for Oral Health Foundation (IOH), a national foundation for the important work of dental hygienists. Funds directly support IOH scholarship and grant programs!

The Challenge only option is $20.00 plus a $0.91 processing fee. If you select the Challenge option with an additional donation, the applicable processing fee is included in the donation total.

** Team Overview

  • ​If you create a team, you will be assigned as the team captain and will help promote and drive your team’s participation!

  • Your team members can compete on multiple levels simultaneously:

    • Intra-team Competition: see who is on the top of your team’s own leaderboard or who hits target point goals (for bragging rights or you can even create your own prizes);

    • Compete Against Other Teams: based on average points per team;

    • Individual Competition: compete across all participants in the ADHA-IOH Wellness Challenge;

  • A minimum of 3 people per team to qualify for the team leaderboard. There is no max limit.
