Nonstop invites you to join us in a 4-day virtual step challenge with your FQHC peers to help keep #ourhearts healthy together. Participate in some friendly competition as you work your way up the ViB Virtual Step Challenge leaderboard and try to exceed the Challenge Step Goals to win prizes!
The ViB Virtual Step Challenge starts on Thursday, 2/11 at 12:01 a.m. PST
and ends on Sunday, 2/14 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
All health center employees are invited to participate and can track their steps using their own personal Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, or the step trackers integrated on their iPhone/Android smartphone via Apple Health or Google Fit. *
Step Challenge Prizes
Prizes will be awarded for hitting the Challenge Step Goal Levels of 20K, 40K and 60K steps. All participants that reach a cumulative Step Goal Level listed below by the end of the ViB Virtual Step Challenge will be entered into drawings for a chance to win a prize - we're excited to give away one prize for each Step Level:
20K+ Steps - Daily Harvest Gift Box
40K+ Steps - AirPods
60K+ Steps - Theragun Mini
Prize winners will be announced at 2:00 p.m. PST on 2/15.

1) Download the "Heka Well" Challenge app:
2) Complete the registration and pairing process:
Launch the Challenge App and select "ViB Virtual Step Challenge" from the list and pair your supported activity tracker (see the Challenge FAQ webpage for details)
3) Start stepping:

To sync your step/activity data to the app, select "Tap to sync steps" at the top of the dashboard

Note that your steps will only count from the time you first pair your tracker

Please sync your activity tracker at least one time every 24 hour period and before your Challenge end time to make sure all your steps count!
