PCMA is excited to announce the PCMA Education Walking Challenge, in partnership with Caesars Entertainment and Heka Health! Work your way up the leaderboard, and find hidden boosts throughout the conference to be entered into daily drawings for fabulous getaways courtesy of Caesars Entertainment.
The Challenge begins on Monday April 10 at 9am CDT and runs through Wednesday April 12 at 4pm CDT.
Make sure to upgrade to the latest version of the Walking Challenge app (v2.7) which is available now in the Apple App and Google Play Stores:
1) Download/Upgrade the 'PCMA Walking Challenge' app in the Apple App or Google Play Stores

2) Complete the in-app registration process

The PCMA Walking Challenge Mobile App supports attendees using their own FitBit, Jawbone or iPhone/Android smart phone step counters, as well as the red Caesars’ step trackers handed out at Convening Leaders. (i)
To be eligible for Challenge prizes, please make sure you include your Company Name and Job Title per the instructions below.
Add your Company Name and Job Title by selecting 'Account Settings' from the app menu bar and then select 'edit' to update your information. Note if you are registering for the first time, these fields are already part of the new registration process.
Caesars QR Code Booster Scans for Ten (10) Wellness Getaways

Each day of the Walking Challenge, you will have the opportunity to qualify for one of ten (10) Caesars Wellness Getaways by viewing Caesar's Entertainment videos and then scanning-in the QR code that appears at the conclusion of the video.

The links to the three Caesars' videos are listed below as are the QR scanning instructions. Note that you are limited to scanning in the QR code at the end of each video once per day (i.e., 3 QR code scans per day). The more times you scan the more likely you are to win a Caesars Wellness Getaway

QR Scan Instructions:

Open the 'PCMA Walking Challenge' app

Select the 'Caesars Booster' link located on the Walking Challenge dashboard in the app

Select 'Capture QR Code' (you will need to allow the app access to your device's camera).

Align the app viewer with the QR Code

The code will automatically be detected and provide you with the results page
Winners will be notified on Thursday April 13 including instructions to redeem their prizes. Prizes include the following:
Winning Chapter based on largest average step count (i.e., total steps per Chapter team divided by number of Chapter participants)

(i) The Walking Challenge app requires iOS 9.0 and above on the following devices: iPhone 4S and above, iPad Air, Mini, and 3rd & 4th generation iPads. Android requirements: Android 4.3 and above that have not been customized by the phone-tablet manufacturer. Users may also use their own FitBit, Jawbone or iPhone/Android smart phone step counters.
