Readmission Reduction Clinical Study

Heka Health is partnering with physicians from Stanford Medical and Sharp Healthcare to study methods to reduce hospital readmission rates utilizing the power of mobile technology and digital assessment tools. 

Initially, the team is focused on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) readmissions but the solution is broadly applicable to the other readmission focus areas including heart failure, heart attack, pneumonia, and elective hip and knee replacements.
