OPENING MARCH 2020 IN LAS VEGAS
Join the CAESARS FORUM Walking Challenge by Heka Health at IMEX America in Las Vegas September 10-12, 2019!
Participate in some friendly competition amongst your peers and
win prizes for reaching Challenge Goals and working your way up the Leaderboard.
The Challenge will start on Tuesday, September 10 at 10 am PT and end on Thursday, September 12 at noon PT. Participants can track their steps using their own personal Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, or the built-in step trackers integrated on supported iOS and Android smart devices via Apple Health and Google Fit. (i)
TO JOIN, PLEASE:
1) Download the 'CAESARS FORUM Challenge' app by clicking the icon below:
2) Complete the in-app registration and pairing process:

Launch the Challenge app and complete the registration fields;

Pair your supported step tracker (see the Challenge FAQ Webpage for details).
3) Start Walking!

To sync your step data to the app, select "Tap to sync steps" at the top of the dashboard. Note that your steps will only count from the time you first pair your step tracker.
SCAN-IN TO EARN BONUS STEPS
To help reach your Challenge Goals, earn 1,000 bonus steps for scanning each of the QR codes at the following locations (one time per day 9/10 - 9/12): (ii)
1) Sustainability Safari: a walking talk of IMEX Group's initiatives in action led by IMEX COO Nalan Emre. The Safaris start at the Challenge booth located in the Upper Lobby, Level 2 of the Sands Expo at the following times:

Tuesday, September 10th at 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm

Wednesday, September 11th at 11:00 am to 11:45 am

Thursday, September 12th at 11:00 am to 11:45 am
2) Caesars Entertainment Booth (booth #B2232) on the Show Floor
3) Be Well Lounge located Casanova 501, Level 1, The Venetian Palazzo Congress Center
4) Walk the Mural Trail and scan in at the mural located outside the Exhibit Hall in the Upper Lobby, Level 2 of the Sands Expo
Earn an additional 1,000 bonus steps each day for completing the in-app Meditation Session by Lee Papa. Put on your headset and try meditating in the quiet environment of the Be Well Lounge, the tranquility of your own hotel room, or any place that suites you best to go through the 7 1/2 minute session.
CHALLENGE PRIZES (iii)
1) All participants that are in the Final Top 10 of the cumulative leaderboard will be in a drawing for three Caesars Palace VIP Getaways! presented by Caesars Entertainment.

2) All participants to reach 40K steps will be in a drawing for two Caesars Getaways! presented by Caesars Entertainment.

3) All participants to reach 25K steps will be in a drawing for one of twenty (20) Caesars Entertainment Activity Trackers.
Challenge prize winners will be announced on Thursday, September 12 at 1:00 pm at the Challenge Booth. Winners of the Activity Trackers need to be present to win.

(i) The Walking Challenge app requires iOS 9.0 and above on the following devices: iPhone 4S and above, iPad Air, Mini, and 3rd & 4th generation iPads. Android requirements: Android 5.0 and above that have not been customized by the phone-tablet manufacturer.
(ii) To scan QR codes:

Open the 'Caesars Forum Walking Challenge' app

Select the 'Caesars Scan-In' link located on the Walking Challenge dashboard in the app. Note that you will need to allow the app access to your device's camera

Align the app viewer with the QR Code and the code will automatically be detected and confirmed
(iii) For Challenge prizes:

Accommodations subject to availability and excludes major holidays

Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance

Offer valid until March 30, 2020 and is non-transferable
