Join the ENGIE Step Challenge being held in conjunction with the
2022 CSBA Annual Education Conference and Trade Show
in San Diego, CA
The Challenge encourages attendees to participate in some friendly competition with your peers as you get moving and work your way up the Challenge Leaderboard
The ENGIE Step Challenge kicks off on Wednesday, November 30 at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends on Friday, December 2 at 3:00 p.m. PT.

1) Download the Heka Well app below:

2) Set up your Challenge account

Launch the Challenge app and select "ENGIE Step Challenge" from the list
- Complete the in-app registration process

Pair your step tracker now and step over to the desk near Registration and receive your ENGIE Fanny Pack!

Anyone can track their steps using their smartphone* by pairing with Apple Health on iOS or Google Fit on Android

Heka Well also imports step data from Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch

Note: Your steps will only be credited in the Challenge after you first pair your tracker

3) Start stepping!

To sync your step data from your tracker to the Challenge app, select "Tap to sync steps" at the top of the Summary screen

Sync your step data frequently, at least once daily. Some step trackers do not transfer step data that is over 24 hours old
SCAN-IN for BONUSES
To support your Challenge goals, visit the following locations to scan-in QR codes for bonus steps. Once the Challenge has started, press the Bonus Activities** selector in the Heka Well app and tap Scan-In:

ENGIE Booth: Locate the QR code at the ENGIE Sponsor Booth and scan-in for a one-time 5,000-step bonus.

Sales Appointment: Make an appointment to speak with an ENGIE sales representative and scan-in for a one-time 15,000-step bonus.
INCENTIVES & PRIZES
Steps may be accumulated both by walking and by scanning in for step boosts (See above). The Challenge officially ends on December 2 at 3:00 p.m. PT, so get your steps and boosts synced by that time.
Top Steppers
The Top 25 participants with the greatest number of steps on the Leaderboard at the end of the Challenge will be entered into a random drawing for an Oura Ring. (One winner.)
5,000 Step Drawing
All participants who walk or scan-in for a minimum of 5,000 steps will be entered into a random drawing for a Fitbit Sense 2. (One winner.) And just look! You can earn those 5,000 steps just by visiting and scanning in at the ENGIE Booth!
Prize winners will be announced and prizes will be available for pick up at 4 p.m. PT on December 2 at at the ENGIE Booth #720.
CHALLENGE LEADERBOARD
The Leaderboard below (also viewable in the app) rotates among the top 25 steppers and is refreshed approximately every 10 minutes once the Challenge has started.
