Participate in a range of wellbeing activities and enjoy some healthy competition with your peers. Earn chances to win prizes for reaching Challenge Goals as you work your way up the leaderboard. ​The 2nd Annual FNCE® Wellness Challenge starts on Saturday, October 24 at 3pm CDT and ends on Tuesday, October 27 at 1pm CDT.

​​Engage in wellbeing activities and earn bonus points to help you achieve your goals. Once the Challenge has started, tap the Bonus Activities button at the bottom of the Challenge App and select the desired activity listed below.

 

​​Gratitude Journal: ​Use the app and enter the 3 things you are grateful for or the positive events that have happened in your day. Practice your journaling daily to lower stress levels and feel calmer at night. You will automatically receive 500 bonus points per day for completing your journal entries. Saturday – Tuesday.

​

​​Scan-In: Using the in-app Scan-In module, earn bonus points for scanning the QR codes at the five (5) following locations:​

​​1) AI-driven Fitness Activities at the Wellness Challenge Booth: Engage in a range of fun fitness activities and earn 1,000 bonus point each day. Unwind with rejuvenating stretches and lunges, power up with energizing squats and push-ups, or engage in playful options such as balloon popping.

​​

2) Splenda booth: stop by the Challenge Sponsor’s booth to try new recipes and for a one-time scan to earn 3,000 total bonus points.

​

​​3) Healthie booth: stop by the Challenge Sponsor's booth to learn of the many ways Healthie streamlines practice management and for a one-time scan to earn 3,000 total bonus points.  

​​

​​4) Kate Farms booth: stop by the Challenge Sponsor's booth to learn about and taste Kate Farm’s new High Protein Nutrition Shakes and for a one-time scan to earn 3,000 total bonus points.

​​

5) Nourish booth: stop by the NOURISH booth to take a complimentary Professional HEADSHOT, earn 1,000 bonus points (one-time only) and be entered into a DAILY LIVE DRAWING for a complimentary FNCE® 2026 Registration!​

​

​LIVE DRAWINGS will be held at Booth #1202 during the following times:

  • ​Sunday – 3 p.m. (for all scans completed by 2 p.m. CT on 10/12)

  • Monday – 3 p.m. (for all scans completed by 2 p.m. CT on 10/13)

  • Tuesday – 11:30 a.m. (for all scans completed by 10:30 a.m. CT on 10/14)

​​6)  Expo Culinary & Wellness Studio: stop by the Expo Culinary & Wellness Studio (back of the Expo Hall) to watch a cooking demo on Sunday at 11 (or) 11:45am and attend a 15-minute Tea Talk on Monday at 9:25 (or) 11:45am and earn 1,000 bonus points per day. Sunday and Monday only.

7)  Expo Learning Theater: stop by the Expo Learning Theater (back of the Expo Hall) on Sunday between 11am-1:30 pm and Monday between 9:15am-12:20pm to learn about emerging and innovative topics and earn 1,000 bonus points per day. Sunday and Monday only.

​

8) Foundation booth in ACADEMY AVENUE: stop by the Foundation booth for a one-time scan to earn 1,000 total bonus points.
