Join the Step Challenge at
AICPA & CIMA's ENGAGE 23 Conference
June 5-8, 2023, in Las Vegas, Nevada!
Participate in some friendly and healthy competition with your peers as you work your way up the leaderboard. Strive to reach your Challenge Goals and earn chances to win prizes.
The ENGAGE 23 Virtual Step Challenge starts on Monday June 5 at 12:01 a.m. PDT and ends on Thursday, June 8 at 11:59 p.m. PDT
TO JOIN ENGAGE 23 VIRTUAL STEP CHALLENGE:
1) Download the Heka Well app:
2) Set up your Challenge Account:

Launch the Challenge app and select the ENGAGE 23 Virtual Step Challenge from the list

Complete the in-app registration
- Pair your supported activity tracker

Anyone with a smartphone* can participate and track their steps:

Apple iPhone: select iPhone

Android Phone: Steps tracked by your Phone or the Google Fit app (if installed)

The Challenge app also tracks step data from Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch

3) Start Walking!

To sync your step data to the app, select 'Tap to sync steps' at the top of the dashboard

Please sync your step data at least one time per 24 hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your steps count!

Use the in-app Scan-In module to help you achieve your goals. You will earn bonus steps for each completed Scan-In. Once the Challenge has started, tap the Bonus Activities** button in the Heka Well app.
Scan-In: Have some fun finding two QR codes to scan-in each day on the Virtual Platform. Here are the game rules:
1. QR Code #1 will be located in the Virtual Conference Landing Page each day. Easy!
2. QR Code #2 will be moved each day! You’ll have to search the virtual platform each day to find the hidden QR code!
3. Both QR Codes may be scanned only once daily. That's still two Scan-Ins per day, once for each QR code.
4. The more days you Scan-In, the bigger the boosts!

Day 1: 1,000 bonus steps

Day 2: 2,000 bonus steps

Day 3: 3,000 bonus steps

Day 4: 4,000 bonus steps
Do the math! If you scan both QR codes every day between June 5th and 8th, that's eight Scan-Ins worth: 20,000 bonus steps! Wow, those boosts could really help you climb the Leaderboard and become eligible for prize drawings.
INCENTIVES & PRIZES
Step Level Goals Virtual Participants
All virtual participants who reach a cumulative Step Level goal listed below by the end of the Challenge will be entered into a random drawing to win a prize. You will only be eligible for the drawing in the highest Step Level you reach. One winner in each Level.

Step Level 1: 30,000+ Steps: One (1) random winner will receive $250 off an Online or In-Person registration for AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE 24 back in Las Vegas next year

Step Level 2: 50,000+ Steps: One (1) random winner will receive $500 off an Online or In-Person registration for AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE 24 back in Las Vegas next year

Step Level 3: 70,000+ Steps: One (1) random winner will receive a free Online or In-person Registration for AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE 24 back in Las Vegas next year
