Enjoy some healthy fun with your peers by joining the MHI Wellness Challenge sponsored by Murrelektronik! Earn chances to win prizes for reaching Challenge Goals and working your way up the Leaderboard.
The Challenge Starts on Sunday, October 1 at 12:01 am ET and ends Wednesday, October 4 at 11:59 pm ET.
TO JOIN:
1) Download the "Heka Well" app:
2) Complete the in-app registration and pairing process:

Launch the Challenge app and select the "MHI Wellness" Challenge from the list

Complete the in-app registration process and pair your supported activity tracker

Anyone with a smartphone* can participate and track their steps:

Apple iPhone: select iPhone

Android Phone: Steps tracked by your Phone or the Google Fit app (if installed)

The Challenge app also tracks step data from Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch

3) Start Moving!

To sync your step data to the app, select "Tap to sync points" at the top of the dashboard.

Please sync your point data at least one time per 24 hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your points count!

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Once the Challenge has started, press the "Bonus Activities" selector ** in the Challenge App. Using the in-app Scan-In module, scan the following QR codes to receive 1,000 bonus points:
1) Keynote Sessions Monday, Oct 2 and Tuesday, Oct 3 (limit one bonus grant per day)
2) Industry Awards Dinner Tuesday, Oct 3 (limit one bonus grant)
CHALLENGE PRIZES
Final Top 25: All participants in the Final Top 25 of the cumulative leaderboard will be entered into a drawing for $100 Visa gift cards (3 prizes available)
50K+ Points: earn 50,000+ cumulative points during the Challenge to be entered into a drawing for $50 Visa gift cards (10 prizes available)
25K+ Points: earn 25,000+ cumulative points during the Challenge to be entered into a drawing for Starbucks gift cards (25 prizes available)
Note that you must be registered for the 2023 MHI Annual Conference to be eligible for the Challenge prizes. Only one prize per participant. Winners to be announced after the conference via email.
