PDT23 Step Challenge

All PDT attendees are encouraged to participate in some friendly competition with your peers as you get moving and work your way to great prizes!

The PDT Step Challenge officially kicks off on Monday, July 24 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on Tuesday, July 25 at 11:59 p.m. ET 
 

TO JOIN:

1) Download the latest version of the "Heka Well" Challenge app:

2) Set Up your Challenge Account:​

  • Launch the Challenge app and select the "PDT Step Challenge" from the list

  • Complete the in-app registration

  • Pair your supported activity tracker 

    • Anyone with a smartphone* can track their steps using their:

    • The Challenge app also imports step data from Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch

3) Start Stepping!

  • To sync your step data to the app, select 'Tap to sync steps' at the top of the Summary tab

  • Please sync your step data at least one time per 24-hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your steps count!​

​

Once the Challenge has started, tap the Bonus Activities button ** in the Challenge App and scan the QR code for a daily step boost on July 24 & 25 at the following location:

​

  • AGA Booth: Visit the staff at the booth and scan the QR code for 1,000 bonus steps.

CHALLENGE PRIZES

​

  • The first 50 in-person participants that have downloaded the Challenge app and paired their device will receive a prize. Please stop by the PDT registration desk to pick-up your prize. 

​

  • All participants that reach a cumulative Step Goal Level listed below by the end of the Challenge will be entered into drawings for a chance to win a prize:

​​

- 10K steps:  four (4) random drawing winners get a $25 gift card​

- 25K steps:  three (3) random drawing winners get a $50 gift card

- 40K steps:  three (3) random drawing winners get a $100 gift card​

​

Step level prize winners will be announced in the PDT mobile app on Wednesday, July 26.

​

  2. Press the Scan-In button and follow the app instruction to receive your bonus steps.
