Enjoy some healthy fun with your peers and earn chances to win prizes by joining the Heart Wellness Challenge 2026 supported by Novo Nordisk. The Challenge starts Friday, November 6 at 7:00 a.m. CT and ends Monday, November 9 at 12:00 p.m. CT.

2) Complete the in-app registration and pair your activity tracker *

Apple iPhone: select iPhone, Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Fitbit, or Garmin

Android Phone: select phone tracker via your Phone, Google Fit, Samsung Health (requires Samsung Health to be synched with Google's Health Connect), Fitbit, or Garmin
3) Earn points for every step you take and bonus activity you complete

BONUS ACTIVITES
Engage in wellness activities and earn bonus points to help you achieve your goals. Once the Challenge has started, tap the Bonus Activities button at the bottom of the Challenge App and select the desired bonus activity:
Scan-In: Scan the QR codes at the two locations in the Novo Nordisk booth (#2228) and earn 1,500 bonus points per scan per day (opportunity for a total of 6K bonus points during the three days the Exhibit Hall is open)
Sponsor Connect: Reach out and connect with Novo Nordisk through the in-app email connector and earn a one-time 2,500 point bonus.
PRIZES
The first 625 participants to reach 15,000 points and check in at the Wellness Challenge desk will receive a Wellness Challenge T-shirt.
The first 125 participants to reach 40,000 points and check in at the Wellness Challenge desk will receive a Scientific Sessions Water Bottle.
The first 25 participants to reach 65,000 points and check in at the Wellness Challenge desk will receive a Scientific Sessions Travel Battery Charger.
All prizes are compliments of the American Heart Association. You must be registered for AHA Scientific Sessions 2026 to be eligible for Challenge prizes.
