Enjoy some healthy fun with your peers by joining the CSBA’s AEC Wellness Challenge Powered by OPTERRA Energy Services. Earn chances to win prizes for reaching challenge goals and working your way up the leaderboard. The Challenge starts on Wednesday, December 2 at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends Saturday, December 5 at 12:00 p.m. PT.

1) Download the "Heka Well" app
2) Setup your account in the app

Select the "CSBA's AEC Wellness 2026" Challenge from the list, complete the in-app registration and pair your activity tracker:

Apple iPhone: select iPhone, Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Fitbit, or Garmin

Android Phone: select phone tracker via your Phone, Google Fit, Samsung Health (requires Samsung Health to be synched with Google's Health Connect), Fitbit, or Garmin

3) Earn a point for every step you take and scan-in to earn bonus points

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Once the Challenge has started, click the "Bonus Activities" selector at the bottom of the Challenge app and then press the Scan-In button to scan the QR codes listed below to earn bonus points:
1) OPTERRA Energy Services booth #410 on the Trade Show Floor: one-time bonus of 10,000 points.
2) Health, Safety and Wellness Breakout Session: one-time bonus of 5,000 points.
CHALLENGE PRIZES
Participant Prize Drawing: All participants who download the Challenge app and register will be automatically entered into a random drawings taking place on Thursday, Dec. 3 and Friday, Dec. 4 for a chance to win [prize]. The prize can be picked up at OPTERRA Energy Services booth #410.
10K+ Level Drawing: All participants who register, download the app, and earn a minimum of 10K points will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win a prize valued at $50 (one winner).
20K+ Level: All participants who earn a minimum of 20K points will receive an OPTERRA Energy Services Well Kit of goodies. Well Kits can be picked up at OPTERRA Energy Services booth #410 while supplies last (one kit bag per person).
50K+ Level Drawing: All participants who register, download the app, and earn a minimum of 50K points will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win a prize valued at $100 (one winner).
Final Top 20 on the Leaderboard: The Top 20 participants with the greatest number of points on the Leaderboard at the end of the Challenge will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win a prize valued at $250 (one winner).
You must be registered for AEC 2026 to be eligible for the Challenge prizes. Eligible 20K+ Level achievers can pick up their Well Kit at the OPTERRA Energy Services booth #410 while supplies last. Prize drawing winners will be notified via email following the conference and their prizes will be mailed directly to them. Limit of one drawing prize per participant.
