Participate in some fun and friendly competition with your peers as you work your way up the Leaderboard and earn chances to win prizes.
The Challenge starts Monday, May 12 at 12:01 a.m. MT and ends Thursday, May 15 at 11:59 p.m. MT.
TO JOIN
1) Download the Heka Well app

2) Set up your Challenge Account:

Launch the Heka Well app and select the "Auto Care Connect" Fitness Challenge from the list
- Complete the in-app registration process and pair your supported activity tracker

Anyone with a smartphone* can track their steps:

Apple iPhone: select iPhone

Android Phone: select Steps tracked by your Phone, Google Fit app, or Samsung Health via Google's Health Connect

Heka Well also tracks steps from Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Garmin

3) Start Moving!

To sync your step data to the app, select 'Tap to sync points' at the top of the dashboard

Please sync your step data at least one time per 24-hour period and before the Challenge ends to make sure all your steps count!

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Engage in a variety of activities and earn bonus points to help you achieve your Challenge goals. Once the Challenge has started, press the "Bonus Activities" selector ** in the Challenge App then select your desired activity:
Scan-In: Scan the QR codes at the following activities to earn bonus points:
1) Yoga Class: Participate in the yoga class offered on the morning of Wednesday, May 14th and scan to earn a one-time bonus of 5,000 points
2) Brain Games: Participate in daily "brain games" to promote mental fitness and scan to earn a daily bonus of 1,250 points
Activity Log: Work your way up the Challenge Leaderboard by engaging in your various fitness activities. Activities range from aerobics to stretching, cycling to using a manual wheelchair. Just select the activity log bonus activity in the Challenge app and log the time you spent doing the activity to receive the equivalent points (limit of 1 entry per day for up to 1 hour of activity).
PRIZES
Participants will be eligible for three categories of prize drawings depending on their final point count at the end of the Challenge:

Achieve 25,000+ points: Entered in a drawing for a $100 Nike Gift Card

Achieve 40,000+ points: Entered in a drawing for a $150 Nike Gift Card
-
Final Top 10: Entered in a drawing for a $200 Nike Gift Card
Participants must be registered attendees of the Auto Care Connect 2025. Prize winners will be informed by email after the challenge has ended and their prize will be sent directly to them.
