Wellness Challenge
Join the 2024 ACPC Wellness Challenge and enjoy some healthy competition with your peers as you work your way up the leaderboard and earn chances to win prizes. The Challenge starts on Saturday, August 24 at 12:01 a.m. CT and ends Monday, August 26 at 5:00 p.m. CT.

TO JOIN:
1) Download the "Heka Well" app:
2) Setup your Challenge account

Launch the Heka Well app and select the "ACPC Wellness Challenge" from the list

Complete the in-app registration process and pair your supported activity tracker

Anyone with a smartphone* can track their steps:

Apple iPhone: select iPhone

Android Phone: utilizing your Google Account with your phone or Google Fit app or Samsung Health via Google's beta version of Health Connect (requires latest version of the Heka Well app posted after July 12, 2024)

The Challenge app also tracks step data from Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch

3) Start moving!

To sync your movement data to the app, select "Tap to sync points" at the top of the dashboard.

Please sync your point data at least one time per 24 hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your points count!
4) Social Connect

Stop by the Hospitality Suite in the Coronado Ballroom to get your ACPC Wellness Challenge sticker to identify you to fellow Challengers so you can "Social Connect" with them to earn bonus points.

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Engage in additional wellbeing activities and earn bonus points to help you achieve your goals. Once the Challenge has started, tap the "Bonus Activities" button at the bottom of the Challenge App.**
Social Connect: earn 500 bonus points per connection (up to 50 total connections). Stop by the Hospitality Suite in the Coronado Ballroom to pick up your ACPC Wellness Challenge sticker to identify you to fellow Challengers and then connect with them via your Challenge app and learn what they are interested in learning from others attending this event.
Scan-In: using the Challenge app, scan the QR codes at the locations listed below. Each QR code is worth 1,000 bonus points and can be scanned once per day during the Challenge.
1) Miro Room: participate and scan the QR code at the conclusion of one of the P2P Chat Circles offered each day. See the conference agenda for the schedule.
2) Metropolitan, Monet & Morocco Rooms: participate and scan the QR code at the conclusion of one of the Professional Development Sessions each day. See the conference agenda for the schedule.
CHALLENGE PRIZES ***
The participant on the top of the Leaderboard at the end of the Challenge wins a Vitamix E310 Explorian Blender
2nd & 3rd place on the Final Leaderboard win $100 Amazon Gift Cards
All other participants who reach the following cumulative Step Levels by the end of the Challenge will be entered into random drawings for prizes. You will be entered into the drawing only for the highest Step Level you reach:

45,000+ points: 2 winners selected in drawing for a $25 Amazon Gift Card

75,000+ points: 2 winners selected in a drawing for a $50 Amazon Gift Card
Prize winners will be announced during the Closing Gala on Monday, August 26 at 7:00 p.m. CT. Winners need to be present.
Prize winners must be registered attendees of the 2024 ACPC Conference. Maximum of one prize per Wellness Challenge participant.
** Bonus Activities: On the bottom of the challenge app's main dashboard, tap the Bonus Activities selector. Click the hypertext link bonus activity name in the webpage descriptions listed above (e.g., Scan-In) to get additional instructions for each activity.
