Join the 2nd Annual ASHP Midyear Meeting Step Challenge and enjoy some healthy competition while working your way up the leaderboard and earning chances to win prizes. The Challenge starts on Sunday, December 7 at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends on Wednesday, December 10 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
TO JOIN
1) Download the "Heka Well" app:
2) Setup your account in the app

Select the "ASHP 2025" Challenge from the list, complete the in-app registration, and pair your activity tracker*

Apple iPhone: select iPhone, Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Garmin

Android Phone: select phone tracker via your Google Account, Google Fit app, Steps tracked by your Phone (via Health Connect), Samsung Health (requires Samsung Health to be synched with Google's Health Connect), Fitbit, or Garmin

3) Start stepping and engaging in bonus activities

Pick up your Challenge sticker to identify you to fellow Challenge participants so you can "Social Connect" with them to earn bonus steps. You can pick up your sticker at the following locations:

BONUS ACTIVITES
Engage in additional activities and earn bonus steps to help you climb the leaderboard. Once the Challenge has started, tap the Bonus Activities button* at the bottom of the Challenge App.
Social Connect: Earn 1,000 bonus steps per connection (up to 100 total connections). Just stop by one of the locations listed in the previous section to pick up your Challenge sticker to identify you to fellow Challenge participants. Then social connect with them via your Challenge app and learn what they are interested in learning from others at this event.
Scan-In: Earn 1K bonus points for scanning the QR codes at the following locations:
1) Experience Center Booth X: Monday – Wednesday (earn bonus steps each day)
2) Wednesday General Session Hall J, Level 1: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (one-time bonus steps)
PRIZES
Keep an eye on the Challenge leaderboard in the app and on the LCDs displays at the following two locations:

Earn prize drawing “entries” for achieving the milestones listed below. The more entries you earn, the better your chance for winning one of the ten (10) $50 Amazon gift card in the prize drawing.
1) One prize entry for anyone who registers in the challenge app or alternatively completes the e-card registration
2) One prize entry for every 20,000 steps accumulated during the Challenge (e.g., if you accumulate 80,000 total steps during the Challenge, you will receive four (4) prize entries).
3) One prize entry for every ten (10) social connections made via the Challenge app (in addition to earning 1,000 steps for each social connection made).
A random drawing will be held after the Step Challenge concludes. Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected for a $50 Amazon gift card. Drawing winners along with top step achievers will be announced via social media after the meeting. Only registered attendees of the ASHP 2024 Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition are eligible for prize drawings. Limit of one prize per participant.
