Participate in a range of Wellness activities and some healthy competition with your peers. Win some amazing prizes for reaching your Challenge Goals and working your way up the Leaderboard.
The Challenge starts on Friday, June 13 at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends on Saturday, June 14 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
TO JOIN
1) Download the "Heka Well" app:
2) Complete the in-app registration and pairing process:

Launch the Challenge app and select the "Caesars Global Wellness" Challenge from the list
- Complete the in-app registration and pair your supported activity tracker
- Anyone with a smartphone* can track their steps:
- Apple iPhone: select iPhone
- Android Phone: select Steps tracked by your Phone, Google Fit app, or Samsung Health (requires Samsung Health to be synched with Google's Health Connect)

Heka Well also tracks step data from Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch
- Anyone with a smartphone* can track their steps:
3) Start Moving!

To sync your step data to the app, select "Tap to sync points" at the top of the dashboard.

Please sync your step data at least one time per 24 hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your steps count!

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Engage in a variety of activities and earn bonus points to help you achieve your Challenge goals. Once the Challenge has started, press the "Bonus Activities" selector ** in the Challenge App then select your desired activity:
Gratitude Journal: Use the app and enter three things you are grateful for each day. Practice your journaling daily to lower stress levels and feel calmer at night. You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus points per day for completing each daily journal entry.
Sound Healing: Follow along with the in-app sound healing session and you will receive 1,000 bonus points per day at the end of each session.
Caesars Entertainment Video: Earn 1,000 bonus points (limit one grant during the Challenge) by learning more about Caesars Entertainment via a short sizzle reel.
Donate to the PCMA Foundation: The role of the PCMA Foundation is to support the mission of PCMA through fundraising and grant giving, focused on scholarships, education and research that will advance the global business events industry. Use the in-app donation link to learn about the PCMA Foundation and automatically receive a one-time 1,000 bonus points.
Activity Log: engaging in your various wellness activities, from weight lifting to stretching, aerobics to using a manual wheelchair. Select the activity log bonus activity in the Challenge app and log the time you spent doing the activity to receive the equivalent points (limit of 1 entry of up to 1 hour per day).
