Join the CASE Wellness Challenge at the 2025 CASE Convention. Enjoy some healthy competition with your peers as you work your way up the leaderboard and earn chances to win prizes. The Challenge starts on Wednesday, July 23 at 6:00 a.m. MT and ends Friday, July 25 at 10:05 a.m. MT.

1) Download the "Heka Well" app:​​​

2) Setup your Challenge account

  • Launch the Heka Well app and select the "CASE Convention" Challenge from the list

  • Complete the in-app registration process and pair your supported activity tracker 

​ 

3) Start moving!

  • To sync your movement data to the app, select "Tap to sync points" at the top of the dashboard. 

  • Please sync your point data at least one time per 24 hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your points count!​​

​

4) Social Connect

  • Stop by the CASE Registration Booth (located on the 3rd floor at Beaver Run) to get your CASE Wellness Challenge button to identify you to fellow Challengers so you can "Social Connect" with them to earn bonus points.​

Engage in additional wellbeing activities and earn bonus points to help you achieve your goals. Once the Challenge has started, tap the "Bonus Activities" button at the bottom of the Challenge App.**

Social Connect: earn 750 bonus points per connection. Just stop by the CASE Registration Booth (located on the 3rd floor at Beaver Run) to pick up your CASE Wellness Challenge button to identify you to fellow Challengers and then connect with them via your Challenge app and learn what they are interested in learning from others attending this event. ​

Earn a one-time 1,000 bonus points by scanning the QR code that will be displayed before the start of the closing session on Friday, July 25. Get there before 10:00 a.m. to earn this final bonus before the Challenge ends!

Prize winners will be announced on Friday, July 25 at 11:00 a.m. MT via the event app and email. Winners need to pick up their prizes before 11:45 a.m. MT on Friday, July 25 at the CASE Registration Booth located on the 3rd floor of Beaver Run (prizes will NOT be shipped).

Prize winners must be registered attendees of the CASE Convention 2025. Only school administrators are eligible prizes. Maximum of one prize per Wellness Challenge participant.
