Wellness Challenge
Join the CASE Wellness Challenge at the Winter Leadership Conference. Enjoy some healthy competition with your peers as you work your way up the leaderboard and earn chances to win prizes. The Challenge starts on Wednesday, February 19 at 7:00 a.m. MT and ends Thursday, February 20 at 10:00 a.m. MT.

2) Setup your Challenge account

Launch the Heka Well app and select the "CASE WLC" Challenge from the list

Complete the in-app registration process and pair your supported activity tracker

Anyone with a smartphone* can track their steps:

Apple iPhone: select iPhone

Android Phone: utilize your phone tracker via your Google Account, Google Fit app, or Samsung Health through Google's Health Connect service

The Challenge app also tracks step data from Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch

3) Start moving!

To sync your movement data to the app, select "Tap to sync points" at the top of the dashboard.

Please sync your point data at least one time per 24 hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your points count!

Stop by the CASE Registration Booth (located by Conference Center entrance) to get your CASE Wellness Challenge button to identify you to fellow Challengers so you can "Social Connect" with them to earn bonus points.

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Engage in additional wellbeing activities and earn bonus points to help you achieve your goals. Once the Challenge has started, tap the "Bonus Activities" button at the bottom of the Challenge App.**
Social Connect: earn 750 bonus points per connection (up to 100 total connections). Just stop by the CASE Registration Booth (located by Conference Center entrance) to pick up your CASE Wellness Challenge button to identify you to fellow Challengers and then connect with them via your Challenge app and learn what they are interested in learning from others attending this event.
Note, if you receive a "You are not online" pop-up notification when trying to social connect, the Challenge app may not be connected to the cloud servers. You can check the connection icon in the top left corner of the app's main page to see the connection status. Just wait a few seconds for the app to reconnect before social connecting.

Scan-In: earn bonus points for scanning the QR codes at the locations listed below.
Earn 1,000 bonus points the first time you scan each of the QR codes at the 76 exhibit booths. Since you can scan each QR code once per day, try to scan them all on Wednesday, February 19. Then you can scan each of the QR codes for the second time on Thursday to earn 2,500 bonus points, per booth, that you previously scanned. Don’t worry if you miss some of the codes on Wednesday, as you can still scan them on Thursday (they just will be worth 1,000 bonus points).

Prize winners will be announced on Thursday, February 20 at 11:45 a.m. MT via the event app and email. Winners need to pick up their prizes before 1:00 p.m. MT on Thursday, February 20 at the CASE Exhibitor Support area (outside of the general session room) (prizes will NOT be shipped).
Prize winners must be registered attendees of the CASE Winter Leadership Conference 2025. Only school administrators are eligible prizes. Maximum of one prize per Wellness Challenge participant.
** Bonus Activities: On the bottom of the challenge app's main dashboard, tap the Bonus Activities selector. Click the hypertext link bonus activity name in the webpage descriptions listed above (e.g., Scan-In) to get additional instructions for each activity.
