Enjoy some healthy fun with your peers by joining the MHI Annual Conference Wellness Challenge. Earn chances to win prizes for reaching Challenge Goals and working your way up the Leaderboard.
The Challenge Starts on Sunday, October 13 at 12:01 am ET and ends Wednesday, October 16 at 11:59 pm ET.
TO JOIN:
1) Download the "Heka Well" app:
2) Complete the in-app registration and pairing process:

Launch the Challenge app and select the "MHI Wellness Challenge 2024" from the list

Complete the in-app registration process and pair your supported activity tracker

Anyone with a smartphone* can participate and track their steps:

Apple iPhone: select iPhone

Android Phone: utilizing your Google Account with your phone or Google Fit app or Samsung Health via Google's Health Connect (dependent on which Google apps are installed on your phone)

The Challenge app also tracks step data from Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch

3) Start Moving!

To sync your step data to the app, select "Tap to sync points" at the top of the dashboard.

Please sync your point data at least one time per 24 hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your points count!

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Engage in various wellness bonus activities and earn bonus points. Once the Challenge has started, just press the Bonus Activities** selector at the bottom of the Challenge app and participate in the activities listed below:
Yoga: Follow along with the in-app yoga video session and you will receive 1,000 bonus points per day at the end of each session.
Scan-In: Use the in-app module to scan the QR codes at the following locations
1) Keynote Sessions Monday, October 14 and Tuesday, October 15 (1,000 bonus points per day)
2) Industry Awards Night Tuesday, October 15 (one time scan for 1,000 bonus points)
CHALLENGE PRIZES
Final Top 10: All participants in the Final Top 10 of the cumulative leaderboard will be entered into a drawing for a $500 Marriott Bonvoy gift card.
40K+ Points: earn 40,000+ cumulative points during the Challenge to be entered into a drawing for a $200 Marriott Bonvoy gift card (2 prizes available).
20K+ Points: earn 20,000+ cumulative points during the Challenge to be entered into a drawing for a $100 Marriott Bonvoy gift card (3 prizes available).
Note that you must be registered for the 2024 MHI Annual Conference to be eligible for the Challenge prizes. Only one prize per participant. Winners to be announced after the conference via email.
