Enjoy some healthy fun with your peers by joining the MHI Annual Conference Wellness Challenge. Earn chances to win prizes for reaching Challenge Goals and working your way up the Leaderboard. The Challenge Starts on Sunday, October 12 at 12:01 am Arizona Time and ends Wednesday, October 15 at 11:59 pm Arizona Time
TO JOIN
1) Download the "Heka Well" app:
2) Setup your account in the app

Select the "MHI Wellness 2025" from the list, complete the in-app registration, and pair your activity tracker*

Apple iPhone: select iPhone, Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Garmin

Android Phone: select phone tracker via your Google Account, Google Fit app, Samsung Health (requires Samsung Health to be synched with Google's Health Connect), Fitbit, or Garmin

3) Earn points by engaging in bonus activities and staying active (1 step = 1 point)

BONUS ACTIVITES
Once the Challenge has started, just press the Bonus Activities** selector at the bottom of the Challenge app and engage in the activities below:
Gentle Yoga: Follow along with the in-app yoga video session and you will receive 1,000 bonus points per day at the end of each session.
Scan-In: Use the in-app module to scan the QR codes at the locations listed below.
1) Keynote Sessions: Monday, October 13 and Tuesday, October 14 (1,000 bonus points per day)
2) Industry Awards Night: Tuesday, October 14 (one time scan for 1,000 bonus points)
PRIZES
40K+ Points: Earn 40,000+ cumulative points during the Challenge to be entered into a drawing for a $200 Marriott Bonvoy gift card (2 prizes available).
Final Top 10: All participants in the Final Top 10 of the cumulative leaderboard will be entered into a drawing for a $500 Marriott Bonvoy gift card.
20K+ Points: Earn 20,000+ cumulative points during the Challenge to be entered into a drawing for a $100 Marriott Bonvoy gift card (3 prizes available).
Note that you must be registered for the 2025 MHI Annual Conference to be eligible for the Challenge prizes. Only one prize per participant. Winners to be announced after the conference via email.
