Enjoy some healthy fun with your peers by joining the 2025 WERC Annual Conference Wellness Challenge. Earn chances to win prizes for reaching Challenge Goals and working your way up the Leaderboard.
The Challenge Starts on Sunday, June 8 at 12:01 am CT and ends Wednesday, June 11 at 11:59 pm CT.
JOIN
1) Download the "Heka Well" app:
2) Complete the in-app registration and pairing process:

Launch the Challenge app and select the "WERC Wellness 2025" Challenge from the list

Complete the in-app registration process and pair your supported activity tracker

Anyone with a smartphone* can track their steps:

Apple iPhone: select iPhone
-
Android Phone: select Steps tracked by your Phone, Google Fit app, or Samsung Health (requires Samsung Health to be synched with Google's Health Connect)

The Challenge app also tracks step data from Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch

3) Start Moving!

To sync your step data to the app, select "Tap to sync points" at the top of the dashboard.

Please sync your point data at least one time per 24 hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your points count!

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Engage in various wellness bonus activities and earn bonus points. Once the Challenge has started, just press the Bonus Activities** selector at the bottom of the Challenge app and participate in the activities listed below:
Yoga: Follow along with the in-app yoga video session and you will receive 1,000 bonus points per day at the end of each session.
Scan-In: Use the in-app module to scan the QR codes at the following locations
1) Keynote Sessions Monday, June 9 and Tuesday, June 10 (1,000 bonus points per day)
2) Networking Dinner at Mardi Gras World Tuesday, June 10 (one time scan for 1,000 bonus points)
PRIZES
20K+ Points: Earn 20,000+ cumulative points during the Challenge to be entered into a drawing for a $25 Starbucks gift card (3 prizes available).
40K+ Points: Earn 40,000+ cumulative points during the Challenge to be entered into a drawing for a $50 Uber gift card (2 prizes available).
Final Top 10: All participants in the Final Top 10 of the cumulative leaderboard will be entered into a drawing for a $200 Marriott Bonvoy gift card.
Note that you must be registered for the 2025 WERC Annual Conference to be eligible for the Challenge prizes. Only one prize per participant. Winners to be announced after the conference via email.
