Participate in some fun and friendly competition with your peers as you work your way up the Leaderboard and earn chances to win prizes. Stop by the Wellness Challenge booth (Lobby A near the Julia Street entrance and next to the express registration desk) to get your ACC.26 Challenge pin to identify you to fellow Challengers so you can "Social Connect" with them to earn bonus points.
In addition to competing as an individual, you can form a team and compete against other teams based on average points. As further motivation, you can also see how you stack up against your teammates on the Team Leaderboard!
The Challenge starts Saturday, March 28 at noon CT and ends Monday, March 30 at noon CT.

1) Download the ACC.26 Wellness Challenge app

2) Set up your Challenge Account:

Launch the Challenge app and complete the in-app registration

Create your own Team, join an existing Team, or choose "No Team." Then compete against other Teams based on average points. View the Team rankings along with the rankings of your teammates in the Team Leaderboard (minimum 3 team members required to qualify to be on the Team Leaderboard)

Pair your activity tracker

Apple iPhone: select iPhone, Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Garmin

Android Phone: select Steps tracked by your Phone (via Health Connect), Samsung Health (requires Samsung Health to be synched with Google's Health Connect), Google Fit, Fitbit, or Garmin

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Earn bonus points for each completed activity listed below. Once the Challenge has started, just tap the Bonus Activities button* at the bottom of the Challenge App.
Social Connect: Stop by the Wellness Challenge booth to get your Challenge pin to identify you to fellow Challengers. Then "Social Connect" with them via your Challenge app and learn what they are interested in learning from others at this event. Earn 500 bonus points per connection (up to 100 total connections).
Scan-In: Scan the QR codes at the locations below during the Challenge to earn bonus points:
1) GE Healthcare Booth #1726: scan-in to earn 2,500 point bonus per day
2) Novo Nordisk Cardiovascular Booth #625: scan-in to earn 1,250 point bonus per day
3) Novo Nordisk Inflammation Booth #1925: scan-in to earn 1,250 point bonus per day
PRIZES
The first 225 participants to reach 35,000 points and check-in at the Wellness Challenge Desk will receive an ACC Water Bottle.
The first 25 participants to reach 60,000 points and check-in at the Wellness Challenge Desk will receive an ACC Custom Lapel Pin.
The Final Top 50 Steppers on the Leaderboard at the end of the challenge will be entered into a drawing to win one of five (5) $100 Amazon gift cards.
Top Team earns bragging rights and a Step Challenge for their organization**
All Prizes are compliments of the American College of Cardiology.
Drawing Winners will be informed by email after the challenge has ended.
