JUMP TO: Join Bonus Activities Prizes
In support of Domestic Abuse Awareness Month (November), the SAiF Society, Sexual Assault Centre of Edmonton, the Realtors Community Foundation, and the Jessica Martel Memorial Foundation have come together to launch the Illuminate Challenge.
Come join the Illuminate Challenge and enjoy some healthy competition while working your way up the leaderboard and earning chances to win prizes. In addition to competing as an individual, we invite participants to create their own team or join an existing team. Teams compete against other teams based on average points and you can also see well how you rank against your teammates.
The Illuminate Challenge starts on Friday, November 1 at 00:01 MT and ends Saturday, November 30 at 23:59 MT
TO JOIN
1) Download the Heka Well app
2) Set up your Challenge Account:

Launch the Challenge app and select the "Illuminate 2024" Challenge from the list

Enter in the Activation code you received after donating on https://illuminate-challenge.raiselysite.com/

Complete the in-app registration

Create a Team, join an existing Team, or choose "No Team"

Compete against other Teams based on average points. View the Team rankings along with the rankings of your teammates in the Team Leaderboard (minimum 3 team members required to qualify to be on the Team Leaderboard)

- Pair your supported activity tracker

Anyone with a smartphone* can participate and track their steps:

Apple iPhone: select iPhone

Android Phone: utilize your Google Account with your phone or Google Fit app or Samsung Health via Google's beta version of Health Connect

The Challenge app also tracks step data from Fitbit, Garmin and Apple Watch

3) Start Moving!

To sync your step data to the app, select 'Tap to sync points' at the top of the dashboard

Please sync your step data at least one time per 24-hour period and before the Challenge end time to make sure all your steps count!

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Engage in wellbeing activities and earn bonus points to help you achieve your goals. You will earn bonus points for each completed activity. Once the Challenge has started, tap the Bonus Activities button at the bottom of the Challenge App.**
Scan-In: earn 1,000 bonus points per day for scanning each of the QR codes at the following locations:
1) Servus Place - St. Albert (Servus Place)
2) Morinville Leisure Centre - Morinville
3) Axe Monkeys - Edmonton

All participants that reach a cumulative Point Level goal listed below by the end of the Challenge will be entered into a random drawing to win prizes.
