Select the "NCBMP Power in Motion" from the list, complete the in-app registration, and pair your activity tracker*

Apple iPhone: select iPhone, Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Garmin

Android Phone: select phone tracker via your Google Account, Google Fit app, Samsung Health (requires Samsung Health to be synched with Google's Health Connect), Fitbit, or Garmin

BONUS ACTIVITES
Once the Challenge has started, press the Bonus Activities selector at the bottom of the Challenge app and select one of the activities below:
Sponsor Connect: Connect with a representative from the Challenge sponsor, Visit Mobile Alabama, via the in-app Connect Module and earn a one-time grant of 2,500 bonus steps.
Meditation: Put on your headset, find a quiet location that suits you best, and follow along with the meditation video session. You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus steps per day for completing a full session.
Gratitude Journal: Enter the 3 things you are grateful for each day. Practice your journaling daily to lower stress levels and feel calmer at night. You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus steps per day for completing your entries.
Scan-In: Use the in-app module to scan the QR codes at the locations listed below.
1) Mobile AL Booth: Earn 1,000 bonus steps per day during the Challenge
2) Breakout Sessions: Earn 1,000 bonus steps per day during the Challenge
PRIZES
25K+ Step Level Goal Prize Drawing: All participants exceeding the 25K+ cumulative step goal will receive an NCBMP digital certificate of achievement
50K+ Step Level Goal Prize Drawing: All participants exceeding the 50K+ cumulative step goal will be entered into one of three prize drawings

You must be registered for the 2025 NCBMP Annual Convention to be eligible for the Challenge prizes. Winners to be announced at the Gala on Friday, November 21 at 7 pm PT.
