Join the 2nd Annual MathWorks SKO Wellness Challenge and enjoy some healthy competition with your peers while working your way up the leaderboard and earning chances to win prizes. The Challenge starts on Tuesday, January 20 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on Thursday, January 22 at 3:30 p.m. ET.

1) Download the "Heka Well" app:

2) Setup your account in the app

Select the "MathWorks SKO" Challenge from the list, complete the in-app registration, and pair your activity tracker*
- Apple iPhone: select iPhone, Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Garmin
- Android Phone: select Steps tracked by your Phone (via Health Connect), Samsung Health (requires Samsung Health to be synched with Google's Health Connect), Fitbit, or Garmin select

3) Earn points for every step you take and bonus activity you complete

BONUS ACTIVITES

Engage in additional wellness activities and earn bonus points to help you climb the leaderboard. Once the Challenge has started, tap the Bonus Activities button at the bottom of the Challenge App and then select one of the activities listed below.

Breathworks: Breathing exercise video to calm your body and your mind. You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus points per day for completing the in-app breathwork session.

Stretch Break: Stretching exercise video to help you feel energized and rejuvenated. You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus points per day for completing the in-app stretching session.

Scan-In: Earn 1K bonus points per day for engaging in the activities below and then scanning the QR code at that location.

Random drawing for $200 AMEX gift card from the top 25 steppers
Random drawing for $200 AMEX gift card from all steppers that earned over 45,000 points during the challenge
Random drawing for $200 AMEX gift card for those that scan in at a minimum of two of our fitness classes or Sound Bath Sessions

You must be registered for MathWorks SKO 2026 to be eligible for the Challenge prizes. Daily prizes will be available to pick up at the information desk. Other prizes will be sent to winners post-event.
