Join the 2nd Annual MathWorks SKO Wellness Challenge and enjoy some healthy competition with your peers while working your way up the leaderboard and earning chances to win prizes. The Challenge starts on Tuesday, January 20 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on Thursday, January 22 at 3:30 p.m. ET.

1) Download the "Heka Well" app:

2) Setup your account in the app

Select the "MathWorks SKO" Challenge from the list, complete the in-app registration
- You can optionally create or join a Team. Your Team (minimum of 3 team members) can compete against other Teams based on average points. View the Team rankings and also see how you rank against your teammates on the Team Leaderboard
Pair your activity tracker:
- Apple iPhone: select iPhone, Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Garmin
- Android Phone: select Steps tracked by your Phone (via Health Connect), Samsung Health (requires Samsung Health to be synched with Google's Health Connect), Googlefit, Fitbit, or Garmin

3) Earn points for every step you take and bonus activity you complete

BONUS ACTIVITES

Engage in additional wellness activities and earn bonus points to help you climb the leaderboard. Once the Challenge has started, tap the Bonus Activities button at the bottom of the Challenge App and then select one of the activities listed below.

Breathworks: Breathing exercise video to calm your body and your mind. You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus points per day for completing the in-app breathwork session.

Stretch Break: Stretching exercise video to help you feel energized and rejuvenated. You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus points per day for completing the in-app stretching session.

Scan-In: Earn 1,000 bonus points per day for participating in the activities below and then scanning the QR code at that location.
