Participate in a range of wellbeing activities and enjoy some healthy competition with your peers at IMEX Frankfurt 2025. Earn chances to win amazing prizes for reaching Challenge Goals and working your way up the leaderboard.
In addition to competing as an individual, you can form a team and compete against other teams based on average points. As further motivation, you can also see how you stack up against your teammates on the Team Leaderboard!
The IMEX Wellbeing Challenge starts on Tuesday, May 20 at 9:00 a.m. CEST and ends Thursday, May 22 at noon CEST
TO JOIN
1) Download the Heka Well app
2) Set up your Challenge Account:

Launch the Challenge app and select the "IMEX Frankfurt" Challenge from the list

Complete the in-app registration

Create a Team, join an existing Team, or choose "No Team"

Compete against other Teams based on average points. View the Team rankings along with the rankings of your teammates in the Team Leaderboard (minimum 3 team members required to qualify to be on the Team Leaderboard)

- Pair your supported activity tracker

Anyone with a smartphone* can track their steps:

Apple iPhone: select iPhone

Android Phone: select Steps tracked by your Phone, Google Fit app, or Samsung Health via Google's Health Connect

The Challenge app also tracks step data from Apple Watch, Fitbit, and Garmin

3) Start Moving!

To sync your step data to the app, select 'Tap to sync points' at the top of the dashboard

Please sync your step data a few times each day and before the Challenge ends to make sure all your points get counted!
4) Connect

Stop by the Wellbeing Challenge booth in Hall 8 near the food trucks to get your Challenge pin to identify you to fellow Challengers so you can "Social Connect" with them to earn bonus points.

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Engage in wellbeing activities and earn bonus points to help you achieve your goals. You will earn bonus points for each completed activity. Once the Challenge has started, tap the Bonus Activities button at the bottom of the Challenge App.**
Social Connect: earn 500 bonus points per connection (up to 50 total connections). Just stop by the Wellbeing Challenge booth in Hall 9 to pick up your Wellbeing Challenge pin to identify you to fellow Challengers. Then connect with them via your Challenge app and learn what they are interested in learning from others at this event.
Donate to the PCMA Foundation: The role of the PCMA Foundation is to support the mission of PCMA through fundraising and grant giving, focused on scholarships, education and research that will advance the global business events industry. Use the in-app donation link to learn about the PCMA Foundation and automatically receive a one-time 1,000 bonus points.

Scan-In: earn 1,000 bonus points per day for scanning the QR codes at the following locations:
1) Wellbeing Challenge desk: located in Hall 9, stop by to pick up your social connect pin and learn how to custom-design your own Wellbeing Experience to support and stay connected with your community and drive new sponsorship or fundraising revenue.
2) Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) booth (Hall 8, #TBD): stop by the Challenge co-sponsor's booth and learn the many ways that LVCVA is supporting wellness at events and for the event industry.
3) Caesars Entertainment booth (Hall 8, #TBD): stop by the Challenge co-sponsor's booth and learn the many ways that Caesars Entertainment is supporting wellness at events and for the event industry.
Breathwork: Follow along with the in-app breathwork video session and you will receive 1,000 bonus points per day at the end of each session.
Gratitude Journal: Use the app and enter the 3 things you are grateful for or the positive events that have happened in your day. Practice your journaling daily to lower stress levels and feel calmer at night. You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus points per day for completing your journal entries.
LVCVA Video: Earn 1,000 bonus points (limit one grant during the Challenge) by learning more about LVCVA via a short sizzle reel.
Caesars Entertainment Video: Earn 1,000 bonus points (limit one grant during the Challenge) by learning more about Caesars Entertainment via a short sizzle reel.
Prevue Wellness Article: Earn 1,000 bonus points (limit one grant during the Challenge) by clicking the 'Prevue Wellness' bonus activity in the Challenge app to read about the winners of the IMEX America 2024 Challenge.
CHALLENGE PRIZES ***
You’ll have the opportunity to be entered into seven different prize opportunities based on the following criteria:

5/20 Noon Prize Pick Up: reach 5,000 points by noon on 5/20 and be one of the first 10 registered participants to stop by the Frankfurt Convention Bureau booth #TBD will win socks with Bembel (apple wine mug) design ... LVCVA sock swag?.
5/21 Noon Prize Pick Up: reach 15K points by noon on 5/21 and be one of the first 10 registered participants to stop by the Frankfurt Convention Bureau booth #TBD will win a German coffee mug with coffee ... LVCVA swag?.
5/22 Noon Prize Pick Up: reach 25K by noon on 5/22 and be one of the first 10 registered participants to stop by the Frankfurt Convention Bureau booth #TBD and you will win a Frankfurt picnic blanket with portable carrying case ... LVCVA swag?.

TOP TEAMS
In addition to bragging rights, the top Exhibitor and Buyer Teams on the leaderboard (based on final average points attained), plus the team with the most members, will be interviewed by Prevue Meetings + Incentives and featured in an upcoming article.
The Top 10 and Point Level Goal prize drawing winners will be announced via email after the Challenge has ended and prize certificates will be email directly from Caesars Entertainment.
