We invite you to join the 10th Annual PCMA Wellbeing Challenge brought to you by Destination Cleveland and powered by Heka Health at PCMA Convening Leaders 2026

Participate in a range of wellbeing activities and enjoy some healthy competition with your peers. Earn chances to win prizes for reaching Challenge Goals as you work your way up the leaderboard. In addition to competing as an individual, you can form a team of 3-8 members and compete against other teams based on average points. Can your team keep up with the Destination Cleveland and PCMA Staff teams? As further motivation, you can also see how you stack up against your teammates on the Team Leaderboard!
The Wellbeing Challenge starts on Sunday, January 11 at 6:30 p.m. ET (coinciding with the opening main stage) and ends on Tuesday, January 13 at 5:00 p.m. ET

You can optionally create or join a Team. Your team can compete against other Teams based on average points. View the Team rankings as well as how you rank against your teammates on the Team Leaderboard (3-8 people per team to be qualified for the Team prize)

BONUS ACTIVITIES
Engage in wellbeing activities and earn bonus points to help you achieve your goals. Once the Challenge has started, tap the Bonus Activities button at the bottom of the Challenge App and select the desired bonus activity listed below.
Social Connect: earn 500 bonus points per connection (up to 100 total connections). Just stop by the Wellbeing Challenge Desk to pick up your Wellbeing Challenge pin to identify you to fellow Challengers and then connect with them via your Challenge app and learn what they are interested in learning from others at this event.


Gratitude Journal: use the app and enter the 3 things you are grateful for or the positive events that have happened in your day. Practice your journaling daily to lower stress levels and feel calmer at night. You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus points per day for completing your journal entries.
Meditation for an Anxious Mind: soothe all the parts of your mind by first feeling your grounding and noticing you are safe.You will automatically receive 1,000 bonus points per day for completing the in-app meditation session.
Activity Log: engaging in your various fitness activities, from weight lifting to stretching, aerobics to using a manual wheelchair. Select the activity log bonus activity in the Challenge app and log the time you spent doing the activity to receive the equivalent points (limit of 1 entry of up to 1 hour per day).
Scan-In: earn 1,000 bonus points for scanning the QR codes at the following activities:
Daily Scans
AI Fitness Activities (Sun-Tue): stop by the Wellbeing Challenge desk (near CL registration Sunday and on Market Street in the District next to Destination CLE activation on Monday and Tuesday) and earn your bonus points each day for trying out one of the AI-driven fitness activities with motion tracking analysis. Unwind with rejuvenating stretches and neck twists, power up with energizing squats and push-ups, or engage in playful options such as balloon popping and memory games.
Hula Hoop or Jump Rope with The PCMA Foundation (Mon-Tue): stop by PCMA Connect and hula hoop or jump rope to earn 1,000 bonus points each day. Earn an additional 2,000 bonus points for every donation to the PCMA Foundation of $25 or more (https://foundation.pcma.org/donate/).

Monday Only - Get Fit with the Foundation

5K Fun Run/Walk (6:30 a.m.): start your day with fresh air, great company, and the beautiful sights of Philadelphia. Whether you’re a runner or a walker, this Foundation tradition offers something for everyone. Enjoy the camaraderie as you make your way through the course and kickstart your day with a burst of energy. Registration required.
Puppy Yoga (7:00 a.m.): destress and unwind while you combine the therapeutic benefits of yoga with the joyful company of furry friends. Registration required.
Do Good, Feel Good (10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.): extend the concept of wellness to include the sense of purpose and fulfillment that comes from giving back. Stop by the Do Good Feel Good service projects and help us stuff comfort bags for patients and children and support the American Cancer Society and Cradles to Crayons.
Sounds Bath (4:45 p.m.): Immerse yourself in a full-body listening experience designed to nurture both mind and body. You’ll be surrounded by the soothing sounds of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and gongs as the harmonious vibrations guide you into deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Registration required.

Tuesday Only - Get Fit with the Foundation
Elevate (6:30 a.m.): Take your fitness to new heights—literally! Lace up your sneakers and get ready to climb the iconic steps to fitness glory as we sweat and soar to new heights. Join us for a unique workout experience designed to elevate both your fitness and your day! Registration required.

PRIZES
Point Level Goal Attainment Prizes: when you reach the 10K, 20K and 30K cumulative point levels, stop by the Destination CLE activation on Market Street in the District to pick up your wellbeing prize for that level before Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
Top of the Leaderboard Prize: the participant at the top of the leaderboard at the end of the Challenge wins a Vitamix blender. Prize winner will also be contacted via email.

Top Team (3-8 members): Visa gift cards plus bragging rights!
You must be registered for PCMA CL26 to win prizes in this Challenge.
